You must agree that you will submit correct information in the Beginners Health Coach health improvement programs, courses and tools. You agree your results depend entirely on your contribution and effort to the process.
The Beginners Health Coach may refuse to complete the contract with you on medical or other reasonable grounds. If this occurs, the program fee paid will be refunded and our contract is ended. In the instance you agree, you have no further right to redress.
The length of time you have access to Beginners Health Coach programs, courses and tools will be set out and specified. Extension to access of any time limited material is not offered. You must understand this.
You understand interruptions to internet on both user and provider end is possible and out-with our control. Interruptions to services may occur occasionally. Time limits still stand.
If you have ‘lifetime access’ to a program, course or tool, it will only apply for as long as the business exists. It refers to lifetime of the service, not your lifetime.
